Today’s Tuesday nails are brought to you by Orly and Zoya! This is one of my favourite polish combinations, and I decided to give glitter gradients a go! I don’t think it ended up really looking much like a gradient, but I thought it was pretty anyway.
The base is Velvet Rope by Orly, and it’s a beautiful deep purple with a little bit of silver micro glitter. It looked like a lot more glitter in the bottle and I was a little disappointed it didn’t stand out more. I used two coats, with one coat of Zoya Monet on the tips. I used one coat of KB Shimmer top coat. The clear base of the Zoya topper was a little too thick, but I otherwise adore this topper.
