Today I’m wearing two coats of this gorgeous jelly by Orly called Star Spangled. I remarked after putting this on that it looked just like Dorothy’s ruby red slippers, and after reading some reviews I found others thought the same.
It’s absolutely stunning in person. Never have I had a polish that I oohed and aahed over until this one.
It’s a jelly packed with microglitter that really shines in the sun. Indoor light can’t do this one justice!
Very, very thrilled with this polish!
I topped with one coat of Seche Vite.

It also looks a lot like Ruby Pumps by China Glaze and that has to be a Wizard of Oz reference.
